Amanda Vieira’s Move Your Soul Is Creating Space for People to Breathe, Release, and Reconnect

Through breath, music, and guided somatic movement, Amanda Vieira is inviting people back into their bodies through Move Your Soul, an experience rooted in freedom, emotional release, and community connection.
There are some people who teach movement, and then there are people who live it so fully that it becomes part of the energy they bring into every room.
Amanda Vieira feels like the latter.
As a mom, lifelong dancer, and advocate for holistic wellness, Vieira has built Move Your Soul from a place that feels deeply personal. What she is offering is not simply a class. It is not about performance, perfection, or getting the steps right. It is about creating space for people to breathe, release, reconnect, and return to themselves through movement.
“My name is Amanda Vieira. I’m a mom, lifelong dancer, and passionate advocate for holistic wellness,” she shared. “Movement has always been a core part of my life, and over the years my passion expanded beyond dance into a full-body approach to well-being that includes mindset, breath, nutrition, and daily lifestyle practices.”
That broader view of well-being is what gives Move Your Soul its depth. While her foundation is rooted in dance, Vieira’s perspective reaches far beyond movement as technique. Her work is shaped by a fuller philosophy, one that sees wellness as something that lives in the body, mind, emotions, breath, and daily choices all at once.
“When I wasn’t dancing professionally, I was exploring different fitness modalities, researching holistic nutrition, and studying ways to keep the mind and spirit grounded and open,” Vieira said. “I’ve always believed that true wellness is about balance, caring for the body, mind, and emotions together.”
A Practice Born From Real Life
What makes Move Your Soul resonate is that it did not come from branding first. It came from lived experience.
For Vieira, movement became a form of release long before it became something she would offer to others. It was the place she turned when life felt heavy, when emotions needed somewhere to go, and when words were not enough.
“Throughout my life, whenever I was feeling stressed, sad, or overwhelmed, I would turn to movement,” she said. “I would put on music and move freely, not to perform or follow choreography, but to let my body express what I was feeling.”
That instinctive ritual became its own kind of medicine.
“Afterward, I always felt lighter, more energized, and more alive,” Vieira said. “It became my personal outlet for release and reconnection.”
Then, during COVID, that personal practice shifted into something bigger.
“While dancing alone in my room, I had a clear realization: if this kind of free, expressive movement could help me so much, others could benefit from it too,” she said. “That was the moment the seed for Move Your Soul was planted.”
That origin matters because you can feel it in the way she talks about the work. Move Your Soul was not created to chase a trend. It was created from a sincere desire to help people access the same sense of release and reconnection that movement had given her.

What Move Your Soul Actually Is
Vieira describes Move Your Soul as “a guided somatic movement experience designed to help people reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and move freely without judgment.”
That framing alone tells you a lot.
This is not a traditional dance class. It is not a strict yoga format. It is not fitness built around correction, pressure, or performance. Instead, Move Your Soul makes space for people to listen inward, respond honestly, and let the body lead.
“Unlike traditional fitness, yoga, or dance classes that focus on specific techniques or outcomes, Move Your Soul creates a space where participants tune into how they feel and allow their bodies to lead,” Vieira explained. “There is no choreography and no pressure to perform.”
That accessibility is a major part of its appeal. You do not need to identify as a dancer. You do not need to know what you are doing. You do not need to show up polished or prepared. You just need to be willing to be present.
Through breathwork, music, and guided prompts, the experience becomes an invitation to shake out tension, move stagnant energy, and reconnect with what the body may already be trying to say.
“Through breathwork, music, and guided prompts, participants are encouraged to explore movement, shake out tension, and release stagnant energy,” Vieira said. “Emotions often surface naturally, and the space allows people to move through them safely.”
There is something powerful about that kind of permission, especially right now. So many people are carrying stress in their bodies, pushing through fatigue, and moving through life disconnected from themselves. Move Your Soul offers a different rhythm. One rooted in awareness, expression, and release.

The Heart Behind Her Work
At the center of Vieira’s work is not performance. It is safety. It is trust. It is helping people feel comfortable enough to let go.
“I’m most passionate about helping people feel safe enough to let go and truly express themselves,” she said. “Many people aren’t used to freely moving in front of others, so the experience begins by grounding the body and calming the mind.”
That foundation matters because free movement can feel vulnerable, especially for people who are not used to being seen that way. Vieira understands that, and the structure of Move Your Soul reflects it.
“We start with breathwork and simple, tai chi-inspired movements to activate energy and build a strong mind-body connection,” she said. “From there, the music guides the journey through different emotional and energetic phases, some uplifting, some slower and more introspective, all supported with gentle guidance and visualization.”
What she is guiding people toward is not just movement for movement’s sake. It is a fuller emotional and energetic experience. One that allows joy, release, softness, intensity, and reconnection to exist in the same room.
By the end, her intention is clear.
“I want participants to feel energized, emotionally released, inspired, and more connected to themselves,” Vieira said. “My hope is that they leave with a renewed sense of joy and excitement for life.”
That is the kind of quote that lands because it captures the deeper reason this work matters. In a world that often pulls people away from themselves, there is real value in an experience that helps them come back.
More Than One Offering, One Mission
Move Your Soul may be the most distinct expression of Vieira’s work right now, but it sits within a broader mission centered on holistic living, self-expression, confidence, and reconnection.
“In the past, I offered holistic health and nutrition coaching, and I still provide a free ebook for those interested in a holistic approach to nutrition and lifestyle,” she shared. “Currently, I offer Move Your Soul experiences as well as private dance and movement sessions.”
Those private sessions are also rooted in something deeper than mechanics.
“These sessions focus not only on movement, but also on confidence, self-expression, and reconnecting with their inner strength and self-worth,” Vieira said. “Everything I offer ties back to my broader mission of helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and holistic living.”
That alignment is what makes her brand feel cohesive. Whether she is guiding a group through somatic movement or working with someone more personally, the throughline remains the same: helping people feel more connected, embodied, and alive.

The Bigger Vision for Move Your Soul
Vieira is thinking beyond individual sessions. Her vision for Move Your Soul is expansive, but still grounded in something simple and needed.
“My vision is to move as many souls as possible by bringing this experience to diverse communities and audiences,” she said. “I want people to integrate this practice into their daily or weekly routines as a simple way to reconnect and reset.”
That vision feels especially timely. So much of modern life happens through screens, schedules, and constant mental stimulation. Move Your Soul offers a return to something more intuitive and human.
“I believe movement like this raises our energy, lifts our mood, and helps us feel more aligned,” Vieira said. “In a time where so much of life happens virtually, we’re becoming increasingly disconnected from ourselves and from each other. Move Your Soul creates a space to reconnect, to our bodies, our emotions, and our community.”
Her goal is not just to lead classes. It is to cultivate a feeling people can carry into the rest of their lives.
“My goal is to build a supportive, uplifting community where people feel empowered, grounded, and inspired through movement,” she said.
Why Amanda Vieira’s Work Stands Out
What Amanda Vieira is building through Move Your Soul feels meaningful because it offers something people are genuinely hungry for: a way to reconnect with themselves that does not require perfection, performance, or pretense.
It is movement, but it is also release.
It is wellness, but it is also expression.
It is community, but it begins with the individual giving themselves permission to feel, breathe, and move honestly.
That is what gives Move Your Soul its pull.
And that is what makes Amanda Vieira someone worth paying attention to.
