Go Bistro has been a Downtown Hollywood favorite for years, so it made perfect sense for us to stop in for a light dinner before the Downtown Hollywood ArtWalk that takes place every 3rd Saturday. The restaurant blends a laid-back neighborhood feel with one of the most distinctive Asian-inspired menus in Broward County, anchored by ramen that consistently sits at the top of the local conversation.

We kicked things off with the avocado fries. Simple idea, standout execution. They come out crisp on the outside with that warm, creamy center that makes you immediately reach for the next one. The dipping sauce brings everything together and sets the tone for why Go Bistro has built such a loyal following.

Next up was the negimaki from their yakitori lineup. Tender, flavorful, and just the right amount of char, it’s the kind of dish that reminds you how Go Bistro balances comfort food with real craft. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or building out a full table spread, their skewers always deliver.

Inside, their new mural adds fresh energy to the block. Downtown Hollywood continues to evolve creatively, and this piece fits right into the neighborhood’s growing visual identity while reinforcing Go Bistro’s place as a staple in the community.

Even though we kept things light this visit, the heartbeat of Go Bistro is their ramen. Bowl after bowl, they continue to prove why so many locals call it the best in Broward. From rich tonkotsu to spicy miso to their more playful creations, the broth, noodles, and toppings consistently show a level of care that sets them apart.

Go Bistro is one of those rare spots that works for almost any kind of visit. Quick dinner before ArtWalk. Late-night cravings. A casual catch-up with friends. A dedicated ramen run. The menu stays interesting without feeling overwhelming, and the experience always lands.
